Nancy Harjo-Watson earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Northeastern State University in May 2006 and will earn a Master of Accountancy degree from University of Phoenix in December 2010. Nancy’s future goals include earning the CPA certification in 2011. Nancy’s accounting experience derive from several companies and includes bank account reconciliations, Balance Sheet reconciliations for month end and year end close, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable responsibilities, and preparing Federal and State tax returns for individuals and various business types.

Betty Francis has two Associate Degrees from Tulsa Community College - one in Travel & Tourism and one in Foreign Languages. She received a double major Bachelor’s Degree: English Education and Spanish Education from Northeastern State University and received a Master’s Degree in School Counseling. She has finished the additional hours for Counseling Psychology. She taught Spanish and English at Skiatook High School in Skiatook, OK for five years, then became a school counselor. Betty has been at Skiatook High School now for seventeen years and has been the Alternative Education Director for Skiatook High School for the last seven years. She has dealt with a lot of different circumstances and people, has traveled to many countries and learned a lot about different cultures and personalities.
Karen Kretzer has worked in retail sales management, personnel management and customer service management for twenty years with extensive experience in training retail personnel.  Karen is now a co-owner of an electrical service company and manages all office duties as well as all the business accounts. Karen has traveled to many countries in her life and has a vast knowledge of the Spanish language. In her spare time Karen enjoys entertaining her grandchildren, cooking, singing and volunteering for her community and church.

Donna Brogan attended Northeastern University in Tahlequah, OK, where she received her Bachelors in Mathematics and Education, then began her teaching career in 1979. She taught mathematics and science at the secondary level for nineteen years and then received her Masters in Administration from Northeastern State University. Donna served as an assistant principal in Broken Arrow, OK and Catoosa, OK before becoming the director of finance at Catoosa. From there she went to Skiatook, OK as the principal of the high school where she has been for the last eight years. Donna continues to serve the public even in her private life. She is currently serving on the Skiatook Emergency Assistance Center Board as president and has served on the Rogers State University television committee for the last three years.
