The mission of B.E.A.R.S. is to facilitate and enhance training opportunities in areas of emergency preparedness relating to search and rescue; education and awareness of public needs; the rescue of animals, both domestic and wildlife; to assist during natural or man made disasters, and to offer our returning military personnel an opportunity to further utilize their skills to protect and serve.
